Order Policy

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 14 days from purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

CANCELLATIONS

You can only cancel your order before shipment occurs (typically 3 to 5 business days after your order has been placed). Once your order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.

RETURNS

If your item is defective, damaged, or if there are any other issues, please contact dailydaisybotanicals@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase to return your item and request a refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at dailydaisybotanicals@gmail.com.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective, damaged, or if there are any other issues, please contact botanicalbusters@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase to return your item and request a refund.
