Our origin story began when founder Daisy experienced severe allergic reactions to toxic commercial candles. Drawing on her 30+ years as a biology educator and practicing herbalist, she created our non-endocrine disrupting line of hand-poured candles and sprays — elegantly housed in beautiful reusable glass vessels and premium boxes.
Every product is crafted with care and intention, using botanicals chosen through relationship and respect. Each candle and spray is designed to support both body and spirit.
About the Creator
Daisy is a Reiki Master, naturalist, herbalist, and forager. A former tenured high school biology teacher, she has over 30 years of experience as an educator, including teaching at two marine science nonprofits. Her formal training in herbalism began at the Gaia School of Healing (California branch) and continued at the Chestnut School of Herbal Studies. She has taught apprenticeships and workshops on foraging and herbalism in Los Angeles, and has also taught in the San Antonio area. She currently teaches classes at The Herb Bar in Austin.
In 2021, she relocated to South Central Texas, where she founded Daily Daisy Botanicals. After suffering severe allergic reactions to toxic commercial candles, she began crafting her own line of non-endocrine disrupting candles and sprays using clean, plant-based ingredients. What started as a personal solution for her health grew into Daily Daisy Botanicals — a brand dedicated to creating beautiful, intentionally made herbal products that support both body and spirit.
